This is wool from sheep that descend from the old primitive mountain breeds of Sweden and Norway. The color is a creamy off-white. 
This is a medium coarse wool at 33-36 microns. 
Good for yarns where strength and resilience are important. Suitable for spinning rug yarns and making textured, rustic outerwear. Like Gotland wool, needlefelters will find that the straight low crimp fibers are good for creating hair and fur.
